Unemployment in India is a glaring problem. Unemployment in
the educated people is all the more grim and serious. The Government has
miserably failed on this front. All our plans stand null and void when this
stupendous problem confronts us. The lone registers of employment exchanges are
full and over flowing. The authorities feel helpless before the gigantic
problem which increasing by leaps and bounds. Thousands of graduates and
postgraduates come out of the portals of universities. They want job. They want
honourable way of living. They want two square meals. How long they be
parasites on their parents? They want to be self-sufficient. They wish to stand
on their own. But the answer to it is big ‘NO’.

Fashion is as old as the worked itself. The first man in earth dressed himself and his consort with beautiful articles of stone, shell and bones. Essay on Easter
Easter is one of the main events of the year for the Orthodox
Christians and the most important Orthodox holiday. The word “Easter”
comes from Greek and means “deliverance”. On this Holy Day we celebrate
the deliverance of all mankind from the devil’s bondage through the
sacrifice of Christ the Savior and the gift of eternal life and bliss.
That is the fundamental sense of the Orthodox religion – God Himself
became a man, died for us, and His resurrection redeemed people from the

It is a time-tested saying and is hundred per cent correct.

A COLD DAY
A cold day at once reminds us of cold and chilly airs of

Teacher's Day

When Dr. Radhakrishnan became the President of India in 1962, he was approached by some of his students and friends and requested him to allow them to celebrate 5th September, his "Birthday". In reply, Dr.Radhakrishnan said, "Instead of celebrating my birthday separately, it would be my proud privilege if September 5 is observed as Teachers' Day". The request showed Dr.Radhakrishnan's love for the teaching profession. From then onwards, the day has been observed as Teachers' Day in India.

Diwali - Festival Of Lights
The Hindus in India celebrate many
festivals. The Diwali or Dipabali is one such festival. This festival is
celebrated on the new moon day after the Dasahara. The Goddess Kali is
also worshipped on this day. This is a festival of lights. The Hindus
decorate their houses with lights. The rich and the poor, both celebrate
it. They use oil-lamps and candles at night. In the evening a holy
offering of Shradha is made by the people for their fore-fathers.

Old Man Outwitted
An old man, especially a rich old man, thinks hundreds of
ways to revive his youth. He dyes his hair black. And if he is bald headed, he
tries many hair-growing agencies. He is deceived. Still he does not learn any
lesson. He purchases a number of wigs to suit the occasion. Nut his fondness
for growing young and buoyant never diminishes. He has enough and to spare. He
wants to spend his money either in building a bungalow of his dream or marrying
a young paragon of beauty of twenty one. He has no control or restraint on him.
If he is asked to refrain from such acts of hastiness, he frowns, he gets
annoyed.
Two Faces Of A Big City (New Delhi, India)
We live in Delhi. It is a big city. Millions of people inhabitat it. All are not rich. All are not poor. The middle class has a sufficient population of its own. The life is very hectic. There is cut throat competition. A mad race is on. Rich people take pleasure in their richness. They spend money like water. They can get anything for asking. They have little difficulty in acquiring pelf and power. They boast of their power of money. They are rolling in excessive richness. Their luxorious lives may even put to shame the kings and queens of bygone days. They have enough and to spare. All the blessings of life are showered on them. Nature has been bountiful to them. God of Wealth has been extra merciful to them. They enjoy all the conceivable facilities. They are still greedy to acquire more riches, thus depriving of their poor brethern. They are busy day and night in amassing wealth.
